September 1st and 3rd: Christina Lake to Grand Forks (325km total to date)

We had a weekend booked with Cindy's sister at Christina Lake, so Cindy dropped me off near the golf course and I managed an uphill trek of about 8km. Cougars, bears, and wildfires prevented me from going further. Monday morning I began the 20km west towards Grand Forks. Well-maintained gravel trail, slightly undulating through pine forests and farmland along the Kettle River. Very pleasant hike.
